• Cannot log on my property page
To log in to your Tuscany-Villarentals account you will need to enter your username and password. If you are having problems accessing your account check that you are entering the correct username and password or if you have forgotten your log in information you can reset your password by going to the Login Page and entering the email address registered on your account. We will then email you your username with a link to follow to choose a new password.
Important note: We will never email you to ask you for your log in details. If you receive such an email or for any other assistance you may require please notify/contact us using the following email address:

• How can I update my property page?
In order to update your property page you need to enter your username and password and then follow the instruction that you will find in the owners property page.

• How and when can I update the availability calendar?

It is crucial and mandatory to keep up to date the availability calendar of your property. Please log on your account and then block the reserved/not available dates. Please note that the properties that do not regularly update the availability calendar will be removed from the website without prior notice.
